📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and present exquisite dishes, ensuring top-notch quality and taste.
- Oversee the butchering process, ensuring the freshest and highest-quality meats.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Participate in professional training and development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or Butcher in a professional kitchen.
- Proven experience in both cooking and butchering.
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software like POS systems or inventory management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid food handling certificate.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
