📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Sun Life's insurance and investment products through bank partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect the latest insurance and investment offerings.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to bank partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote Sun Life's products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on insurance or investment products.
• Strong understanding of the insurance and investment landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with bancassurance and the role of insurance advisors in the banking sector.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
