📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products,Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies,Assist in the development of training materials and videos,Provide technical support and answer customer questions related to product documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
