In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our risk management programs to ensure the smooth operation of our services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our services.,Monitor and analyze service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of risk management initiatives.,Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and service improvement plans (SIPs).,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management and service delivery.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status of risk management programs and service performance.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the risk management and service delivery domains.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a similar role within the service industry.,Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.,Proven track record of successfully managing risk management programs and initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT is a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
