📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and supervisors.,Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Develop and implement construction schedules and plans.,Manage and maintain project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of construction software and tools.,Understanding of local building codes and regulations.,Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is a plus.
