Puskesmas Zahra Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the clinic's menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.,Supervise and train junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Assist in planning and organizing food events or special meals when required.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage a kitchen and a team of cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with dietary restrictions and special dietary needs.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Possession of a valid cooking license or certification is a plus.
