📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Manage project budgets and resources effectively.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with luxury resort and villa construction projects is a plus.
