📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors, staff, and clients.,Ensure the banquet events are executed according to the event plan and client requirements.,Manage and supervise junior banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.,Maintain a clean and well-presented banquet area, including tables, decorations, and equipment.,Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring they meet the client's dietary requirements and preferences.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities and equipment.,Monitor and manage the budget for banquet events, ensuring they are completed within the allocated funds.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Experience in managing and supervising staff.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
