📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and expectations.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.,Manage a team of banquet staff, delegating tasks and ensuring all team members are properly trained and supervised.,Coordinate with catering and beverage staff to ensure food and drink services are of the highest quality.,Maintain accurate records of banquet event details, including guest lists, menus, and equipment used.,Ensure all banquet events comply with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a hotel or catering environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with banquet software and equipment, and a willingness to learn new technologies.,High level of professionalism and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to event venues.
