📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes,Provide financial advice and guidance to management on financial matters and strategic planning,Maintain and update financial systems and software to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management,Monitor and manage the company's budget and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
