📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales and profitability, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant meets the needs of our customers and guests.,Participate in regular staff meetings and provide feedback and guidance to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the Indonesian food industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food handling practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
