📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
