Oversee the entire production process from start to finish,Ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards,Manage and motivate the production team, providing guidance and support as needed,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency,Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency,Manage and maintain production equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
