📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and value for money.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Participate in procurement strategy meetings and contribute to the development of procurement plans.,Handle supplier negotiations and contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
