📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for the company.,Monitor and control procurement spend to ensure it is within budget.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure they are developing their skills and knowledge.,Identify and implement opportunities to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesia.
