📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance audits and report findings.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of machinery.
