📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Leadership and team management skills.
