TRACE Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to grow client accounts.,Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay current on industry trends.,Prepare and present regular reports to management on client account performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a plus.
