📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and meal planning.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
