📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, and process payments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Handle front desk operations and maintain accurate records.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Promote our company and its services to guests and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
