As an IT Support ERP Odoo, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Odoo system, including user training, troubleshooting, and system updates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and administer the Odoo ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous optimization.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including training and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP technology and industry best practices.
• Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new features and modules within the Odoo system.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support or ERP Specialist, preferably with Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including its modules and functionalities.
• Proficiency in using Odoo Studio for customization and development.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and server administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
