PT Inti Harapan is looking for a dedicated IT Staff to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a candidate who is ready to start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls,Manage and update IT systems and applications,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Experience with network infrastructure and security,Familiarity with IT support tools and software,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
