Q3 Aurelia is seeking a dedicated IT Application Support Specialist to join our team. This is a 24/7 shift position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Document and report on IT incidents and issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and applications.,Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and applications.,Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
