📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise within the section.,Participate in training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to manage remote and in-office teams.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market trends and consumer behavior.
