PT Bumi Firdaus is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility in working from the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.,Provide training and support to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for vehicle maintenance and operation.
