In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily room cleaning, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring that all guest rooms are ready for the next arrival. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards, using industry-standard cleaning protocols and equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance, including vacuuming, dusting, and changing linens.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are ready for the next arrival, including making beds, restocking amenities, and checking for any maintenance issues.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants, to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in housekeeping services.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate hotel departments for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, and industry-standard cleaning protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with housekeeping staff.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality cleaning procedures and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
