📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth material flow.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
