📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
