📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure that food is prepared and cooked to the required quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Keep accurate records of food usage and wastage.,Participate in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate.
