📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customs clearance documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor and track customs clearance processes to ensure timely and compliant processing.
• Liaise with customs authorities and other relevant parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for customs clearance activities.
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed, such as logistics and operations.
• Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance operations, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Asing) or work permit for foreign nationals.
