📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the credit operations of the platform, including credit risk management, underwriting, and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze credit data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Work closely with the finance, legal, and product teams to ensure a seamless credit operations process.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the credit operations team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit operations.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Credit Operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in credit operations, preferably in a fintech or financial services company.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk management, underwriting, and collections.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
