📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base in Bali’s luxury market.
• Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through networking, market research, and industry events.
• Negotiate contracts and proposals, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.
• Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of high-end interior projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build and maintain professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the luxury interior design or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
