📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed 3D models of electrical systems using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient electrical system design
- Develop and maintain BIM models that meet industry standards and project requirements
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
- Prepare and present BIM models for client reviews and approvals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on project-related decisions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, with a focus on electrical systems
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Understanding of electrical systems and codes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with construction project management and coordination
- Valid BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM 360 User) is a plus
