📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Promote Plus Port Sejahtera products and services to customers and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer service role, preferably in the retail or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
