📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Support the Store Manager in managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering new stock as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in handling customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and participating in store events and promotions.
• Support the Store Manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.
• Proven ability to manage staff and handle customer complaints.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language of East Timor).
• Understanding of local market and customer preferences.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
