🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in academic strategy, curriculum development, or educational administration.
• Proven track record of success in designing and implementing strategic academic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in educational software and tools such as PowerSchool, Google Classroom, or similar platforms.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve organizational goals.
