📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site and internal IT support to clients and employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT infrastructure, implementing best practices and protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions and services.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them to maximize the benefits of our IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on field service and on-site support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
