📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using Autodesk Estimating and Procore.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to gather data and ensure estimate accuracy.
• Review and approve change orders and additional work to maintain project profitability.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related advice.
• Maintain and update cost databases and historical project data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimating for construction projects.
• Certification in Construction Estimating (e.g., AACE International, RICS) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Autodesk Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
